DESCRIPTION
- Tonnta, the Irish for Waves, was the inspiration behind our brand new Tonnta Line, a statement collection fusing rich stitch detail together with contemporary design.
- The Tonnta Short Sleeve Shirt is one of these eye-catching new styles featuring contrasting collar and cuffs and a full button closure that can be worn open to reveal hints of its striking interior fabric.
- Knit in a special yarn combination of Cashmere, Linen and Cotton for the highest quality handle.
- Available in new Raspberry Mix, a sumptuous marriage of vibrant orange and more subtle pink tones, soothed with a classy cream base.
- Also available in the unique colourway Navy Mix, a blend of navy tones contrasted throughout with white for added depth and stitch interest.
- Designed, made and hand-finished in our Aran Islands workshop.
- Limited Edition Colour: While all of our production is micro-batch usually making about 10-12 pieces per style at a time, we sometimes have special Limited Edition pieces - usually in a batch of just 3 to 6 pieces in limited sizes - which are often world exclusives.
- Each season, during the development of our collections, we go through a testing process to tease out conceptual ideas, colours and production methods.
- With up to 20 separate cones needed to knit some of our intricate colourways, and a repertoire of 50 year's worth of garment designs, we sometimes make versions of colours, or even styles that don't make it to final production.
- This creates a limited number of very unique pieces which we occasionally make available exclusively through our online store.
- For this piece we have a Limited Edition in Brown Mix - a biscuit base contrasted throughout with misty cream tones.
