The Marine gilet takes its lead from a US Navy safety vest, worn by workers and fishermen.
That functional starting point is reworked into something more intentional, defined by its multiple pockets and distinctive shape.
It is a piece that looks purposeful rather than practical, designed to be worn for how it feels and looks as much as what it can carry.
