Dead Stock Bronze Wide Wale Corduroy Overshirt

This overshirt is made from a wide, 5 wale corduroy from England. The cord has a velvety sheen with a soft hand feel and a structured drape. Design features include a French workwear inspired collar, double button cuffs and a locker loop. The single square pocket is a 'Barchetta' style, which means that the hand-sewn top hem gently slopes like the bow of a little boat. The pocket is sewn on floating - the inlaid topstitch gives it a three dimensional look. The sleeves are cut wide to accommodate layering, with an adjustable double button cuff (tighter for a more shirt-like fit, looser for a more jacket-like fit). The back features a locker loop for hanging by the door. Finished with matte brown trocas buttons, each hand-sewn with a crow foot stitch. Limited run of 11 pieces.
