Working Slack Jean
Working’s denim interpretation of the Slack Pant, translating the dual side seam through to denim, with patch pockets, olive green herringbone twill pocket bags, and concealed pockets at each hip. The split selvage outseam references Lee half-selvage models, but instead the selvage is full with an added shaping panel. Selvage seams can only be straight, so to add shape to the leg an extra, tapering panel is added between the straight selvage edges. The full rise fly references bondage trousers, gives a cleaner front, and is a novel solution to the fly end debate waged through manufacturers patents in the late 19th Century. The left zipped side pocket pocket bag fits in behind the main side pocket, while the flapped right side pocket bag faces backwards.
