ヴィンテージのグランダッドシャツとして知られる、イギリスの労働者向けに作られたバンドカラーシャツがモチーフとなっています。元々は襟を切り替えられるシャツが基になっており、その歴史的な背景からナイトウェアとしても利用されてきました。通常はプルオーバータイプの被り物ですが、このデザインでは前開き仕様に変更し、タウンユースに適した仕様に仕上げています。フロントの前立て仕様や裾のマチなど、細部にわたるディティールも抜かりなく取り入れられており、本格的な作りのシャツとなっています。 It is inspired by the banded collar shirts made for English workers, known as vintage granddad shirts. Originally based on a shirt with a switchable collar, it has been used as nightwear due to its historical background. Normally, this is a pullover type headwear, but in this design, it has been changed to a front opening specification, making it suitable for town use. The front placket, hem gussets, and other details have been carefully incorporated to create a shirt with authenticity.
