The Hyannis is the dressiest style in our polo sweater line-up. The fit is a touch slimmer than its sportier Rally counterpart, with banded sleeves, a French placket, and a banded hem that make it feel very 1950s jazz or very Kennedy Compound. You choose the reference. Either way, it pairs really nicely with dress trousers. This one is made from lightweight Escorial wool, an elevated alternative to cashmere that comes from a super-rare type of sheep originally kept by Spanish royalty. Soft and supple, with springy, coiled fibers that naturally resist wrinkling, it's sourced from the only direct descendants of the original Escorial flock, which are now bred in small pockets of Australia and New Zealand.
