  • Aspen is a newly developed, double-front horsehide leather, tanned and finished Chicago, IL by Horween.
  • It is a full-grain, 100% vegetable tanned leather in a 4-5oz. weight, making it a little thinner than our standard boot thickness.
  • Because of this, every pair will be fully lined with a 2-3oz natural leather.
  • While inspired by the classic European “Vachetta” style, which is smooth and firm, Aspen offers a distinctly American twist.
  • It is much softer, with a round hand and a natural light pebbling.
  • The surface is finished with a light glaze that gives the hides a rich lustre with some extra shine.
