Municipal T Shirt Cutch Iron

DESCRIPTION

The Municipal T-shirt is our slightly boxy t-shirt with a set-in collar.
Milled from North Carolina cotton, the yarn is knit into a dry, midweight six-ounce carded jersey that has a crisp hand that breaks in after many washes.
Derived from acacia trees, cutch has been used as a dyestuff in its native regions of India, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Peru for generations.
Renowned for its color-fastness and subtle yet bright cast, cutch creates natural hues of cinnamon, clove, or nutmeg.
The addition of iron to the cutch bath darkens the color to a deep chocolate.
Each t-shirt retains singular variations unique to the dyeing process.
