Whittier Dark Brown Suede Clearance

The Whittier is a unique wholecut oxford, featuring pseudo aprons and heel counters. This new model is made in a dark brown suede, and sports a commando lug sole. The resulting model is subdued but tough and will make for an excellent all-season bad-weather shoe. I have always loved the Whittier design as one that I can claim as uniquely my own. In Winter, I always find myself wearing boots and never shoes. I do that as a single leather sole feels quite cold on the frozen NYC pavement. I have been wanting a shoe that can offer me the comfort and protection of a Winter style boot but in shoe form and on the dressier side. The Whittier design felt perfect for this balance and so I decided to try it in the two types of leather that I felt made the most sense for flannel-style suits and clothing.
