Primarily conceived as a soft sport coat, our Domenico silhouette is completely deconstructed, with no shoulder pad at all, but retains a full canvas construction to maintain its shape. The resulting light, natural drape and simple silhouette emphasize the grinze detail at the shoulder and the tapered, cardigan-like sleeve. We've drawn inspiration for the Domenico from the Piazza San Domenico in Naples, an ancient thoroughfare located in the heart of the ancient Neopolis and at the crossroads of the original Greek roads. Overflowing with centuries of masterful architecture-churches, spires, obelisks and palaces-this storied piazza has come to represent the depth, beauty and spiritual resilience of the city.
