The Wildsmith Model 8 is inspired by the original Model 98 design which has been updated by lowering the vamp height and changing the corded vamp to a subtle piped apron. it keeps the iconic diamond saddle while adding a fringe (or kiltie) to the design, which is inspired by old Scottish golfing shoes. Together these changes create a more casual feel. Model 8 is on a rubber sole and is on our bestselling WILD 1 last, which is a classic English loafer last so it fits true to size.
