Our Grenson Veldt is based on the original Veldtschoen boots. These shoes are made using a unique technique where the upper is stitched onto the welt, eliminating the gap between the upper and the sole, thus making the construction more water resistant. Veldtschoen translates literally as Bush-Shoe. Vincent Grenson Veldt mens derby boot has been made using brown grain printed leather with a hardwearing commando sole. The grain design is a replica of the prized Russian Reindeer Calf that stopped being made just over 100 years ago, it is hard wearing and has a distinct hatch design.
