To us, an "authentic reissue" means more than just replicating the original contractor name or changing labels — it embodies a more rigorous and thorough approach to restoration, capturing not only the form but also the essence. For this B‑10 authentic reissue, we have refined multiple details: The sateen fabric is softened and the olive green recalibrated to match the original wartime texture. The pattern has been carefully adjusted: sleeves shortened, hem slightly tapered, and the bottom panel extended. Pocket flaps are reshaped and epaulet stitching revised. The zipper features an original-style brass CONMAR — the distinctive No. 5 design. The wool ribbing at the cuffs and hem has been highly restored. After a year of refinement, we achieved the ideal balance between authenticity and elasticity, recreating the era-specific textured structure. The arm insignia has been omitted. The hem is subtly tapered and the front placket rib panel lengthened. In the finished jacket, these subtle adjustments come together precisely — approaching the perfection we envisioned. The embroidered label faithfully reproduces the STAGG COAT factory mark in authentic reissue style.
