Washi Organic Cotton Ribbed Socks Stripes

糸に丸みを持たせるために、和紙を紙縒状に加工してから紡績した糸とオーガニックコットンを混紡した糸を用いた。リブソックスでは製造工程上難しいとされる糸の切替部分は独自の技術で美しく仕上げた。To give the yarn a rounded texture, we used a unique method different from typical washi yarn by twisting washi paper into thin strands before spinning it, then blending it with organic cotton. This process reduces the harsh feel usually associated with washi, resulting in a smoother texture. The transition points between the yarns, which are typically difficult to achieve in the manufacturing process of ribbed socks, are beautifully finished using our proprietary technique.
