Robust storm-welts, the traditional Ridgeway rubber sole, top eyelets and bold broguing, speaks of a derby style that means business! Made in the deep-textured Hatch Grain Hide. Hatch Grain Hide is an ‘oily pull-up’ leather, it has a tight, compact fibre structure, increasing durability and longevity in wear. Starting life as a chrome-tanned leather, vegetable extracts are then re-tanned into the hide producing a soft and supple feel while upholding its durability. This process is more commonly known as a ‘veg re-tan’, allowing the leather to take on an aged character without compromising its long-term performance.
