The style represents the extravagant details found in the vintage jeans found in the late 1940s. The entire process of production that includes spinning, dyeing, weaving and sewing is based in 1940s vintage jeans. The production is done with great care to create a pair that is worthy of the name "Standard Denim". The silhouette is regular/ straight. The jeans are crafted in a tough 14,25 oz Japanese selvedge denim. They have been washed/ rinsed 1 time to soften the fabric and to avoid shrinkage when washing. The jeans are made with hidden rivet reinforcements on the back pockets, which will be visible after wear and tear. An iconic denim detail throughout the history of jeans. 1947 model is made with button fly, high rise and selvedge detail. PLEASE NOTE: the jeans run small in the sizing.
