Blue Mogganer Glenugie Nep Funnel Neck Lighthouse Sweater - St Kilda Grey

The Lighthouse Our new Blue Mogganer Lighthouse is a beautifully thick and solid Glenugie Nep Fisherman’s sweater with an unusal extra-wide funnel neck, contemporary shaping and chunky ribbed cuffs. We created this knit after seeing a picture of the actor Robert Pattinson from the film The Lighthouse, and how elegant the neck of his sweater looked in that particular photograph. So we enlisted the authentically vintage marine knitting know-how of Harley of Scotland to help us evoke this look and we are truly delighted with the results. Knitted seam-free in beautifully rustic and rich-hued Soft Donegal Merino with lovely nep’s in the wool, each colour is named after an island on the beautiful West Coast of Scotland.
