This piece is hand made in London from our storm grey suede – a fully waterproof, moss-backed material developed in Italy that resists rain and spills while retaining the natural nap and velvety feel of premium suede. A dedicated laptop sleeve protects devices up to a 14″ MacBook Pro, while a zip-fastened pocket keeps chargers, cables and travel documents organised. It is a natural, very malleable material so you can use your hands or a suede brush to smooth out marks and patterns that develop or of course leave them if you prefer this appearance. Having tested this material for a few years now we find allowing the bag to develop its own unique character and patina, using a brush only when it needs a clean is the best approach. We only use solid brass hardware, which will develop a more golden, understated look through regular use. If you want to clean it or prefer a shiny appearance, please use a good quality brass polish, (taking care not to apply any to the canvas or leather as this can cause discolouration).
