Augie Type P Cigar Calf

The Augie makes an elegant house shoe, and yet is durable enough to be worn around town as a loafer. Fully lined in calf with a padded insole for cushioning - the rubber outsole is stitched through to the interior of the shoe for long lasting grip and comfort. This model, named the Type-P, has an upper of a finely grained vegetable tanned calf from the renowned Italian tannery, Maryam. This leather can be polished to a high shine, or left alone to develop a deep, natural patina. The lightweight, cushioned midsole is neatly wrapped in a complimentary calfskin. The Augie Type-P is built around August Special's proprietary Harry Last, this version modified to create the closer fit required in a slip-on shoe. The toe profile and overall expression remain the same as the iconic Harry.
