Augie Type Gp Goodyear Calf

This newest member of the Augie collection is paired with a meticulously crafted Goodyear welted leather outsole. Attached and sewn by hand, the fine welt stitching is as elegant as it is durable. Fully lined in calf with a padded insole for cushioning. This model, named the Type-GP, is made up in a finely grained black calfskin, smooth and burnishable. The vegetable tanned outsole is buffed to a shine, with a fine striped edge and a nailed heel. The Goodyear construction allows for full re-crafting, and will mold to the foot with wear. The Augie Type-GP is built around August Special's proprietary Harry Last, this version modified to create the closer fit required in a slip-on shoe. The toe profile and overall expression remain the same as the iconic Harry, and the fit is the same as its Augie Type-P and S brethren.
