Saige Shorts with Drawstring

Ungendered comfort-fit shorts, cut and shaped into a relaxed silhouette, cinched at the waist using a drawstring. These adjustable shorts in 40s-count handspun cotton are punctuated with hand-painted forms and elevated with bias piping detail created from reclaimed fabrics. Handmade in 100% cotton. The yarn handspun on a multi-spindle charkha, and woven on a handloom, is also called ‘khadi’. The fabric is handwoven on a pit loom in Bengal. As part of our zero-waste design principle, after each garment is cut and stitched, we collect all the leftover scraps for our reclaimed collection. Saige is a combination of pomegranate and Indigo.
