Ungendered, relaxed fit shirt, with structured shoulders, elegant band collar and kimono-inspired sleeves, in handspun and handwoven basket weave cotton. The piece is punctuated with motifs created through delicate stitch Shibori and Ajrakh-inspired hand block printing. Handmade in 100% Cotton. Shibori involves binding certain sections of the cloth using thread, traditionally a type of untwisted thread, to achieve the desired pattern. Yarn handspun on a multi-spindle charkha, and woven on a handloom, is also called ‘khadi’. Handwoven on a wooden frame loom in Gujarat. Medium Indigo is achieved through a blend of indigenous ingredients from the Indian landscape, including Indigo and myrobalan flower solutions. - 31 inches / 79 cms is the length of the garment.
