- Most of the time at Wythe, we start developing a fabric and product because we found a really old, really cool garment, but it either doesn't fit or is no longer wearable.
- This sweater is no exception.
- We've always really loved a moss stitch because of how dense and full of texture it is, but couldn't ever really find a way to use it properly.
- So, while looking at an iconic northeastern sweater from the 1970s/1980s, we developed this linen and cotton blend, perfect for those cool summer nights.
- While dense, this knit opens up beautifully, and for those who have experience with cotton or linen knitwear, you'll know how much these things stretch.
- While we like the look of this sized up, we think once you get past the initial snugness of this fit, the sweater will stretch out perfectly.
