- We've been making this exact chambray workshirt with the same mill and same factory since the very first Spring/Summer Wythe collection.
- But after all these years we realized we hadn't tapped into our factory's rich history of embroideries.
- Working with one of our vintage dealers a few years back, we came across a well-loved denim shirt chock-full of different DIY embroideries.
- So we passed along some designs we made based on some of the embroideries on that vintage denim shirt, and this is the result.
- The embroideries on the cuff are done completely by hand, hence the price.
- That same chambray workshirt you love, but with just enough flair added to it.
- The "Distressed and Sunfaded" colorway is based on an actual shirt pulled from a Kentucky farmhouse that had seen years and years of hard work in the sun.
- The fade and wear patterns were carefully replicated for an authentic look and feel.
