• TCB 20's is one of our iconic models, inspired by the vintage from the days when people used to wear the jeans with a suspenders and a cinch back for the size adjustment.
• This model is specifically a sheer reproduction of the vintage piece in 1922 which TCB owns, when the belt loops started to appear, with TCB's interpretation added and reflected.
• TCB first put its hand on selecting the cotton to make the true vintage look and eventually the fades.
• The yarn count for both the warps and the wefts is 8, making it 12.5OZ denim fabric with deep blue indigo color, which is also the characteristic you can see in the jeans back then.
• On the selvedge at the hem, you can see a bit wider white selvedge there.
• In the 30's, it then became what we all like, the red but in the 20's the jeans used to have this wide and white selvedge.
• In order to reproduce it, we added extra 8 threads for the production of our exclusive 20's fabric.
• NOTE
• A different fabric used on the belt loops because that was the way it used to be when belt loops were added after the production of jeans itself.
• As the demand for the belt loops got gradually increased in that era, it's said that they started to be added to the stocks.
