• These jeans are made of heavy-duty, 15oz selvedge denim from Kurabo, the Japanese mill that produced the very first batch of domestically made selvedge back in the 70s.
• Safe to say they know what they’re doing over there.
• Just like all of our 5-pockets, the shape riffs on two other longtime favorites: think Levi's 501s with more taper, APC New Standards with more room in the rise, and slimmer than both from the knee down.

• made in Los Angeles with blue oxford pocketing, a button fly, brass rivets, chain-stitched hems, and clean, unbranded back pockets.
• If you're new to selvedge, don't be put off by the initial stiffness — raw denim softens up and fades over time.
