- made in Los Angeles of 13oz Japanese selvedge denim in a very cool, slightly more-saturated-than-usual shade of deep blue.
- Just like all of our 5-pockets, the shape riffs on two other longtime favorites: think Levi's 501s with more taper, APC New Standards with more room in the rise, and slimmer than both from the knee down.
- They're made with white twill pocketing, a button fly, brass rivets, chain-stitched hems, and clean, unbranded back pockets.
- If you're new to selvedge, don't be put off by the initial stiffness — selvedge denim softens up and fades over time.
- And especially if you can hold off on washing them for awhile, they'll wear in and become as unique to you as your fingerprints.
