- The shell is made from a water-repellent dry-waxed cotton poplin from Scotland, produced by the mill that pioneered the dry-wax process more than 150 years ago.
- Unlike traditional waxed cottons, this fabric won’t feel oily or transfer, and it naturally adjusts to temperature — softer and more breathable in warm weather, stiffer and more wind-resistant in the cold.
