- Here's a rare opportunity to own a piece of textile history! I’ve secured a limited quantity of deadstock Scatter-Weave Tweed from the archives of Korea's Cheil Industries.
- Woven in 2013 and long since out of production, this gorgeous wool represents a peak era of South Korean textile innovation - blending heritage textures with a sophisticated, contemporary eye.
- The "Scatter-Weave" technique is defined by its rich, multi-dimensional texture.
- A base donegal-style plain weave is bisected with bold, colorful yarns.
- It has a really complex and distinct look! Composed of 95% wool reinforced with 5% nylon for lasting structure, this 14oz cloth is the perfect match for our Doyle jacket.
- Rust provides a bold, autumnal warmth, with vibrant copper tones woven against a dark charcoal base for a high-contrast, seasoned look.
- The Doyle is our loving homage to the classic French work jacket.
- Starting with the minimal and utilitarian shape of the original garment, we upgraded the fit, construction, and fabric to create a versatile piece that can be worn as an all-day smart casual garment.
- It's easy to care for, effortless to wear, and unmatched in its ratio of quality to price.
- Two open patch pockets sit at the hip.
- They're doubled against the body, allowing your hands to use them both from the side and from the top.
- A single exterior pocket and a long interior pocket sit on either sides of the chest.
- The sleeves close with a functional single cuff, and can be unbuttoned and pushed up your forearms.
- The rear is single vented and the soft top point collar cuts a rakish profile whether open or closed.
