- The Architect's belt is a Dahlman classic.
- Originally designed in the 1940s and with its minimalistic aesthetics and high quality, it's been one of our signature products ever since.
- Many famous modernist designers and architects wore this belt in the 50s and 60s, among these cultural icons such as Arne Jacobsen, Børge Mogensen and Miles Davis.
- The belt is also part of the Danish Arts Foundations collection of Danish design classics.
- The leather used is vegetable-tanned and produced by an old traditional tannery using only bark, leaves and fruits.
- So no harmful chemicals are used in the tanning process, leaving a natural, durable leather that will develop a beautiful patina over time.
