- A 1930s-inspired workers’ blazer featuring a distinctive peaked lapel, crafted from a newly developed slub yarn cotton canvas and finished using Belafonte’s traditional Doromole mud-dye process.
- The jacket can be fully buttoned for a more contemporary, structured look, offering versatility while maintaining its vintage character.
- Pair it with the Hiback Buckle Back Trousers, Open Collar Shirt, and Service Vest in matching fabric to complete the full Doromole ensemble.

- Doromole Mud Dye Process:
- Each jacket is slightly different due to the traditional mud-dyeing process, resulting in a unique and beautifully developed patina.
- Mud dyeing is a meticulous and time-consuming craft.
- The base fabric is first soaked in a natural mordant made from plant seeds, helping the dye bind to the fabric and resist fading.
- Mud is then applied by hand to one side of the fabric, and the material is laid out to dry in the sun.
- Initially grey in tone, the fabric is stored indoors where the color slowly evolves into rich warm brown and rust hues over a period of approximately six months.
- Once the dye has fully set, the fabric is washed and sun-dried again.
