- This cut is wider through the leg than the E8, making it the perfect classic taper.

- This version is in a new 14.5oz 'Stay Black' Italian selvedge denim from Candiani.
- Rinsed for a softer comfortable fit, perfect for everyday wear.
- 'Stay Black' is treated to retain its rich black colour for longer than other black denims, and takes more time to fade.

- 14.5oz Rinsed 'Stay Black' selvedge denim woven in Italy by Candiani Mills from 100% organic cotton gently woven on 60's shuttle looms
- Classic red selvedge line
- Pocket bags are made of 10oz cotton twill from Turkey
- BLA-branded gunmetal buttons and standard rivets produced by YKK
- Leather patches come from JT Batchelor Ltd in Hackney, sourced from Somerset UK and Belgium
- Black vegetable-tanned leather patches are cut and stamped by hand in our factory; plates made by Metallic Elephant in Essex and cutter made by local Steve
- Locally screenprinted pockets, signed off by maker with style, size and mill
- Labels are woven in Wales by GB Labels
- Recycled denim swing tags are pressed by our neighbour Baddeley Brothers(compost them)
- The swing tag twine is hemp, so can be composted or reused
