After some wash, the twills pattern will be visible on the surface of the fabric so you can enjoy the aging.The fabric itself is reversible so the inside is the frog camo in the sand beige color, much and it's like you keep your favorite food on a dish till the end.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eTCB released Snow patterned sweatshirts before but that was also the one coming from the same series, which was done completely as my own self-satisfaction.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eAs a result, they got sold out in a day and I was relieved that many of you had the same liking and this will be the last time for me to do another collection of what I used to aspire to get but couldn't afford when I was a kid.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eLet me also speak about its main song.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eWhen I was 14, I was so thrilled at the song of Japanese band, Mr.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eChildren, that has quite a few songs with the same title as the songs of the Beatles.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eThe JP band got heavily influenced by the Beatles and I really enjoyed listening to them and finding some phrases, guitar riffs, drum beats in their songs inspired from the Beatles.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eThe 90's was a huge part of my youth and at that time I thought the US cultures and the UK cultures were what influenced me a lot in many ways including fashion and jeans but maybe that's partly wrong.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eNow some decades have passed and I came to think that I might have admired the Japanese adults of those days who had been heavily influenced by the overseas cultures.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eThey looked so fresh and cool to me.My old friends always tell me \" Hey Hajime, you haven't changed at all since junior high except for your body size and beard.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eAnd you still love jeans and that's your work now\"I understand Mr.Children sounds a bit funny in English but I might look like an adult with a child's heart in my friends' eyes.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eWhen you were a kid, you all surely had some dreams and hopes but time and reality might have faded them out of your life.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eThere might be a day or two in a year when you gaze out the window thinking about nothing, see a random kid on the street with your eyes following what they do, you might unconsciously cast those dreams and hopes on him or her knowing it's completely nonsense and meaningless.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eI'm not being arrogant or anything but luckily I can now make things that 14 year old Hajime boy longed for back then.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eHope our new release will make you guys with a child heart as excited as me!\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eI liked the word, the collection of my past admiration and used it a lot for TCB new products in the last few years but I think I've done them \u003cli\u003eSewing\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eThe iconic piping pockets are sewn a bit looser at the opening than regular trousers and it gives off vintage vibes, made based on how it's sewn on the vintage 41 Khaki Chino.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eThe upper and bottom chain stitches on the waist belt are sewn together but there is an interesting point different from normal work wear pants.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eLooking closely at the bottom stitch, there's 5mm allowance downwards, which usually is only 1mm on any jeans or work pants but I think this is the waistband interlining which is often used for suit trousers.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eWhen you tuck your shirt in, this little excess of the waist belt gives more friction so that the shirt won't crawl up.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eNo wonder why the pants are called officer chino!\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eFabric\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eMade based on the vintage This bib overall has one pocket, which is already quite unique enough for overalls, but with some iconic stitch work on the pocket.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eI've loved this detail for quite a long time but finally had a chance to get a vintage piece.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eIt's from more than 100 years ago but I must admit that this pocket was made with much contemplation even though they look just like some doodle by kids.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eThe designer must have wanted to have a useful pocket that has 3 different compartments but needed to have the sewing process as simple and easy as possible for the mass production, I suppose. and BANG! the genius from 100 years ago came up with this great pocket design.Cloth patchBoss of the Road is basically a dog brand but when it comes to TCB reproducing a product of any brands, we need it to be a cat.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eThe wire hooks are often seen on vintage garments of 1910~20's.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eVery classical details here too.I often mention on the blog that the Japanese denim industry is diminishing and said to be dying in 10 years but the factory who's been making these wire hooks has recently gone bankruptcy so not sure if we can continue making this model with the same detail but for the 1st production run, we've used these wire hooks for all stocks.FabricIt's 10.2oz denim with wefts of yarn count 8 and was of yarn count 14.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eWhen choosing which yarn to use, the basic is to use the similar yarn count for both wefts and warps.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eIf you look at some 13 or 14 oz fabric, it's usually like wefts:7 and warps:6 or wefts:7 and warps:9.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eSo the difference between the wefts and the warps is relatively big for this new overall.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eThen why??Imagine some high grade knit sweater with a fine gauge.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eIf the wefts are fine and narrow, the warps can be woven much more densely, meaning that the fabric can achieve as much durability as heavy oz fabric even though the yarn count of the threads is not that thick.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eOne more good point of the said balance between thick warps and narrow wefts is that the warps tend to develop strong vertical fade if the warps are much thicker than the wefts.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eIt means, in other words, the warps sits almost on the wefts if you look at the fabric through a magnified lens, leading to the warps having more contact with frictions etc.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eIt's 2 by 1 fabric so at first it might look flat and boring but you can expect some wild fade from this fabric.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eSpeaking of the dye color, the indigo is not as dark as average jeans so you find a bit more blueish tinge on this fabric but this time we've payed an extra care to the wefts which are often thought to be less important but we have dyed the wefts in very pale beige color.This is just my opinion as a jean maker but I think people used to think that the darker the fabric is the better quality it is.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eHowever, it of course costs more to produce the darker indigo threads so people instead used dyed wefts to make the fabric darker so that stains and dirts don't stand out on a clothing.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eIf you have a chance to see this overall in person, please check the backside of the fabric too and then you'll soon realize it looks different from normal denim fabric.CutIt's quite difficult to describe by writing but the legs have slight tapering towards the bottom and it's a touch slimmer than the other TCB overalls.\u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003eStyling a bib overall might seem a bit challenging if you are not used to it but we'd like to recommend this one for bib overall beginners!!
